Final Moments

Yes. I have not been blogging for a long time now. Some stuff happened and well, most of you know what it is. I would prefer very much to not talk about it here and now though.

Anyway, during the one month of my absence from this ol' blog, much has happened ever since I finished my A-Levels in KDU.

I vandalised Sterling by drawing on the walls.

I threw rocks into the pool in Sterling.

I went to KDU and turned all the tables and chairs upside down in one classroom, just for the heck of it.

I spread a nasty rumour about one of the lecturers to the juniors and now her image is ruined forever.

I turned down the offer to go to Colorado School of Mines because I got accepted into UCLA. HELLO CALIFORNIA BOYS!!!

I got casted in Glee and will be overthrowing that nasty and annoying Rachel Berry, because I am the one that truly deserve that gold star!!

Yay Glee!!!

Just kidding. None of the above is true. But I am guessing that all of u already know that anyway.

For most people, they would hit the town and celebrate the end of their nasty exams together with their friends. I did that.

Then they would be busy packing all their stuff from their hostels into boxes and bags and throw away the heaps of nonsense that they bought but used once only. I did that too.

After that, they would have some sort of reunion as a farewell together with their classmates. I did that too.

Lastly, they would go on a holiday and enjoy themselves to the fullest! I did not do that.

Sad no? Allow me to walk you down memory lane, of what has happened in the last month of my absence.

On the last day of exams, Hifzhul, Jeslyn and I planned to go out and celebrate. But before that, STUDY FOR PHYSICS FIRST!!!

Study study!!

My last meal in KDU. Nasi goreng ayam

It was the last day for the three of us, but the others still had a paper the next day. So, after exams, while waiting for the rain to subside, Jes and I took advantage of an empty classroom to do nonsense. Poor Amalina was dragged into the nonsense as well. Hehe

Gleek!!

Jessie's big ass

LOL obscene much?

After the rain, it was karaoke time!

Trust me when I say that Jeslyn Ling is the best person to go karaoke with. She crazy haha

Then there was dinner with Hiffy at Italianniese, followed by back to back movies!!

We ate so much! Such greedy people -.-

Salad!!

Hiffy eyeing the food longingly...

I woke up the next morning and started packing. I have so much stuff and I don't even know how I managed to end up with so much crap in this two years period!

The start of a tornado...

After packing and packing, and repacking again, I still could not bring everything back to Kuching. I ended up lugging two luggages with a combined weight of 29kg, one back pack full of stuff, and a laptop bag all the way back to Kuching. I had to give away other unnecessary things to the juniors, or throw it away. And I still have two bags that I left at Kautsar's place in Bangi.

On the day the Arts fellas finished their last paper, Ms Sathya and the other lecturers in pre-u department threw us a little farewell party. It was super nice of them to go through all the effort. And Ms Sathya even baked TWO cakes for us! We are loved :D

Us and the lecturers :)

Look at the food.... yum yum..

The science nerds and our favourite Chemistry lecturer :D

GUYS this nonsense is suppose to stay IN the house!!

With F4, Jie and Jessie :D

Our usual catfight over Derek Paul

Don't kiss me!!

The night ended in One Utama, where the Petronas juniors were uber sweet enough to buy dinner for about 20 of us!

Petronas Seniors + Juniors :)

On Sunday, I said a small farewell to my fellow sheep from Sheep United. The last time I were to see them before I go back to Kuching. But fret not guys, I will be back in a couple weeks time :)

Together with Papa and Mama Sheep, Beatrice and Rachel

Shiny Shin Yi :D

The reason why I did not go on a holiday immediately after exams was because of BTN.

Yup, on Monday, the Petronas gang from KDU and Taylors headed out to Ulu Sepri in Negeri Sembilan for the Biro Tatanegara course that is mandatory for all outward bound scholars.

One entire week in BTN.

In a jungle.

In the middle of nowhere in Negeri Sembilan.

It was not as bad as I thought it would be. The people there were very careful with their words, especially after the whole BTN scandal.

They fed us plenty, but had fish in almost every meal T.T

But the annoying thing were the bugs. SO MANY OF THEM. As if thats not bad enough, there were BEES!!!!!

BEES IN THE TOILET BEES IN THE BEDROOM BEES IN THE CLASSROOM BEES EVERY WHERE!!!!

I hate bees!!

One of the very reason why I was not completely attentive in class was because of the bees. They kept flying in through the window and would repetitively BANG their heads on the wall thinking they can escape by phasing through the walls. Stupid. And there was also a HUGE WASP!! The very scary looking sort!!

When BTN ended, I was so glad to get away from all them bees. Hmph...

Anyway, the Petronas scholars were not the only ones in BTN. There were scholars from MARA, JPA, and MINDEF as well. There were over 100 scholars over there.

BTN would have been boring if not for each other and the new friends that we met.

That is Hanif (guy in the middle) from Sabah. HE HAS THE CUTEST SABAHAN ACCENT EVER!!! He is an orang Sungai, not Malay, and he is very soft spoken as well. Haha I love to hear him talk because of his accent. Sounds almost like Indonesian. The others agreed with me too hehe.

On our last day in BTN.

Petronas boys together with the Penghulu

Official meeting of PERSATUAN BORNEO is in order. Some jealous people keep interrupting!! Hmph

Oops! Pendatang tanpa izin dari MINDEF!! Haha

I have to say, Petronas really takes good care of us. They provided us with a bus, to and fro! Some of the other scholars had to pay for their own transportation or relied on their parents to fetch them :s

I went back to Kuching a day after BTN.

Up until now, I still have two luggages unpacked, and have been lazying on my bed while playing with my laptop. My mother calls me a statue because all I do is just sit/lay there the entire day, not doing anything.

But I did accomplish a few things since I got back here:

- completed season 7 and 8 of the series 24
- read Breaking Dawn
- halfway through my VISA application
- unpacked only one of my luggage
- watched loads of movies in the cinema and on my laptop

Very lazy. And unmotivated. And bored.

Well, that was a brief summary of what I went through before I came back to Kuching

Until the next time, ciao people :)
