Last Friday was a rather memorable day for most of us in KDU. I will give you two reasons.
One.
We had our very last English class with Ms Hema!
When we started our first semester, we wereforced told to take A-Levels English Literature instead of Thinking Skills like our seniors. But after our first class test, we protested. Most of us failed the exam. Including yours truly!
So our kind sponsors allowed us to change English Literature to Academic English, internal class.
Academic English is super boring to the max. One presentation after another. But I rather go through that notion than to take English Literature exams that comes from Cambridge...
Our last assignment was to do a seminar presentation. Nipa, June and I joined forces to present the whole class a seminar on vampires.

Vampires? Twilight craze???
Haha well actually no. I was feeling awfully random when we were brainstorming on ideas, and I came up with History of Vampires. And even Ms Hema approved. So why not right? hehe
I am pretty glad we were the second group to go up there a few weeks ago because she was relatively merciful to the first two groups. Guinea pigs mah. So pressure was on the following groups to perform and not repeat our mistakes.
So yea, we were pretty laid back. We never practised. Haha whatever :P

Finally, we finished our term, and our last class with the lovely Ms Hema ended with smiling faces.
Two.
We had KDU's first ever award presentation for excellent achievements in A-Levels.
Wheee :)
As long as you managed to bag an A for the November exam last year, then you are totally eligible to receive one of these :
The more A's you get, the bigger is the plaque.
I got this one for my A in Physics. FINALLY! Ugh, Cambridge you are seriously playing me. I did not manage to get an A for Chemistry, but I do not really care haha :p
I have to admit, I was quite surprised that KDU gave us such nice and expensive looking things :)
And yes, they gave out a lot.
This ceremony was an opportunity to see our 1.5 years classmates again.
And most importantly, it was another opportunity to do this :

With some of our lecturers :)
Yank!!!

Arsenal bra! No wonder Alep looks so terharu

My butt... Damn, Wadhi you super hamsap! Haha

Forbidden love!
Yea my camera battery was "flatting" halfway through. So I did not manage to take alot of pictures.
Plus that is all that I am rajin enough to upload. Hehe
Coming up next, our lovely candid shots!
Stay tuned :)
