The advantages of sitting at the very front:
1. You get MORE space for your legs and your belongings
2. You get a clear view of the TV. No ah-soh or tall skinny or fat dude blocking your view.
3. You get a nice view of the outside, left and right.
The disadvantages of sitting at the very front:
1. Highest probability to die if something happens. But that is what seatbelts are for :p
2. Very bumpy. Food might fly everywhere and hit your neighbour who is sleeping.
Hehe but all in all, my trip back was nice. We arrived in OU one hour earlier than scheduled, which meant that I had more time to shop again! Muahaha
Anyway, I shall talk about my Penang trip.
On Saturday I took the bus from OU to Penang.
It was a 5 hour journey, but time fly by so fast I did not even notice! Simply because I was busy jakun-ing as I stared out the window and was completely captivated by the stunning view. I took a lot of pictures of the clouds because I love clouds. And its amazing how there are so many of them at such low altitudes.
I wish I can catch clouds in a container and keep it forever :)
There are a lot more, but I shall give room for other pictures in this post.
Maybe one of the reasons the journey to Penang took longer compared to the journey back was because we stopped by the R&R at Bukit Gantang, but made no stops on the way back to BU.
But I have to say this, Aeroline is quite fast. The bus overtook soooo many cars!
I love Aeroline. Free food, free bottled water, free hot milo/coffee/tea, free movie to watch on deck, comfortable seats, and they gave us a blanket when things got a little chilly! Furthermore, the seats are 10000000000000000000 times more comfortable compared to stupid Air-Asia's seats on the plane!
At about 8.30pm I got off the bus at Queen's Bay. They were having the LG Stars singing competition. Talk about noise pollution...
Anyway, Badaq and I had dinner in TGIF and gluttony set in :p
After coming back from dinner and a little shopping in Jusco "ah-soh style", we made muffins in the middle of the night! Lolz it was for Badaq's CG the next morning in church.
Badaq measuring the
What it looks like before going into the oven
Hehe
Patiently waiting for the muffins to be done
The final result. Not bad le
I managed to get a glimpse of Penang on Monday. Badaq drove around USM, and once again, I jakun-ed with my camera.
I love the fact that USM has a lot of trees XD And it was bigger than I imagined.
USM was not the only sight that captivated me. I particularly liked the colonial buildings in Penang. I love it.
Wow. Haha total jakun man. I bet Badaq was like -_-"
Penang was a sight for sore eyes because I saw a lot of trees! Lolz it was basically a nice change from all the nonsense happening here in Selangor. And check this out:
It reminded me so much of waterfront in Kuching :(
I also got the chance to see the sea again. It has been a really long time.
Overall, it was a good trip. It really made all the nonsense drama worth it :)
Thank you Badaq for having me for the weekend. I had fun cleaning your kitchen actually. Hehe
And thank you Jon for babysitting me when Badaq was not around.
And thank you Mi for my 2 new Levi's jeans :p hahaha
And not forgetting Mr Warwick! Lolz
