Weekend Zaniness

This post is one day late because I could not upload the photos into my laptop without the stupid cable.

*clears throat*

Fuhh last weekend was insane.

This is a recap of what I did while everyone else was spending their time wisely studying or doing their homework

FRIDAY NIGHT = PARRRRRTAY TIME
After a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong tiring day in college on Friday, and after getting stuck in the freakin’ traffic jam for about an hour, only to return home to discover that the stove was malfunctioning due to some McFreakin’ reason, SOBZZ had to eat bread for dinner, I went to Alep’s place to watch the Olympic Opening Ceremony.
Woohoo they ordered McD for dinner!! Lolz

The ceremony thingy was, super long. Much too long for my liking. And the boys, they bullied me again!!! Among the many things that they did was

1. Forced me to chug down TWO FREAKING BIG CUPS of Cola!! The second cup was a punishment for my failure to finish the first cup in one gulp. ZOMG they think that I have this really huge mouth that can gulp down an entire cup of carbonated drink in one breath. Sighummzz

“LOLZ she is going to be hyperactive tonight!!”

Uh huh, thanks guys *verbal irony*

2. They made me eat BURNT toast. This is all Alep’s fault.

Ugh, what am I saying…
It is ALWAYS Alep’s fault that something bad happens to me!! *meiosis*

Alep cutting the very black and burnt toast for moi to eat...

All this food thingy is the consequences of losing this card game that we were playing. ZOMG I lampi ok?? Haha

3. They Ulululu me the entire night!! Merciless!! That is what they are!!!

Despite their relentless teasing, it was actually quite fun. Luckily Jie Jie was there with me so that I would not feel like jumping off the fifth floor as a result from turning cuckoo with the help of five zany boys.

I have some funny videos of the calamity that caused the Pak Guard to come knocking on the door and requesting that we keep our voices down. Gahaha but Alep said not to put anything on my blog yet as he wants to do something with them. What is it, I have no idea…
Plus Alep and I have yet to perfect our Britney Spears Pah Pah Pah dance, so we have a lot of choreographing work to do before we record it!! Lolz

SINGING PRAISES ON SATURDAY
I went to church with Wee Leng. It was rather nice. The people there are super friendly to the max and it was refreshing to see so many young people that are sincerely seeking God. Aaaahhh exhilarating…

The church is quite close to mine and Wee Leng’s place, so it would be quite convenient if I choose to stick to this church. Like I said, the people there are very warm and friendly, and this is the type of church where you will go home spiritually satisfied.

The only problem here is the whole language barrier. It is a Chinese medium church!! Gasp lolz
Yes yes, I speak Chinese, but the Chinese that they use there is like, super chim to the max!! It is too deep for me to even grasp what they are saying!! This is not the normal broken and mixed Chinese that I usually use to converse with my Chinese friends. This is the type of Chinese that is used on TV and oblivious people like me who had studied Chinese for more than 6 years of her life needs English subtitles to understand what is going on and what not. Fuhh

Don’t get me wrong, I like that church. I love the people there. But I do feel that if I stay in a place where I am lost 75% of the time, I might dry up and would cease to grow spiritually, which would be devastating. So yeah, I guess I will continue to look around before I finally choose to settle down somewhere.

SUNDAY IS A DAY MEANT FOR SHOPPING *blasphemy!! blasphemy!!*
Gahh I know that I said to myself and to some other people that I would not be going out EVERY weekend as I am here to study, and not to goof off somewhere doing who-knows-what all the time.

But this time, it is absolutely INEVITABLE!!
Lolz I know this word vexes some people. INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE INEVITABLE

I went to Sg. Weng with Derek and Zul to look for a brand new handset. I simply HAD to get the boys to come with me so that naïve little’o me would not get lost in KL or get coaxed by the evil people here. There was suppose to be ten of us but wen chiat and alep got freaking lazy, arsyad disappeared from the face of the earth for a day only and it just HAD to be THAT day, jon @ mun kit had family plans, jie jie did not want to go since her tai low is not going, and rashad @ lazy ass just woke up when we were about to leave for the KJ station so he and yusof decided to join us later in the afternoon most of them had other stuff going on.

So while my girl friends, namely Yuuuuuvone, Suzie, Zan and Siti Sarah shopped for shoes at the Curve (lolz I really wanted to add this in, although I am not sure why… hehe) we went around Sg Weng, Low Yat AND KLCC. Total period of outing = about 11 and a half hours. (10.15am-9.45pm)
Totally ZOMG-worthy right?? Lolz

I have to admit, shopping with boys who actually LIKE to shop (Derek and his amigo Paul) is kinda fun!

Prof. Higgins Dereko Francesco

There were absolutely NO complains about spending too long a time in a certain shop, or from walking from one corner to another. Hmmm then again, I was not really with them much as at the beginning I was sitting in one of the aisle in the bookstore at KLCC.

LOLZ Ko, these two boys remind me of you. Not only do they have the spending power, but they are also very stylo-mylo!! While walking around KLCC with them, they would express “excitement” to a certain extent towards posh shops like TopShop, Armani, LV, D&C and etc. They are also equipped with information about the shops like the price range, a little bit about the background and so on. ZOMG I am stunned. Haha ya ya, I kalah them flat flat.

So yeah, going around KL like that is energy zapping. My legs were sotong-ish by the time I got back.

And the very first thing I heard when I reached home was: "Ooooh my GOD!!!!" exclaimed by my darling roommate while she shakes her head at me. Gahahaha XD
