- junk food. Peanuts as well! And twisties. And chocolates. Or anything else that is just bad for your health.
- doughnuts. No matter how yummy J.CO is. But remember, J.Co trumps all!!!
- late night suppers. No more late night mamak!
- over eating!!! Gluttony is a sin. Plus discipline is what you need :)

- more sit ups. Train those abs. Doesn't matter if you think they don't work. Just do it
- more push ups. Nice strong arms mah... ahakz
- drink more water. Detox. Flush away all them nasty things, including that yellow brain of yours.
- jogging!! If you did 5km before during training, I am pretty sure you can do it again :D
If you break any of these rules, well................................................................................... the corners of my mouth will drop. You just broke your promise to me...
But follow these rules and you will be a happy healthy piggy. And along with it will come abundant rewards as well ;)
